What to see in Carmarthenshire #012

Carmarthen Park
In a nutshell:
Opened in 1900, Carmarthen Park boasts the very first velodrome (cycle track) built in Wales. It is one of very few to survive in working condition. There is a skateboarding area, children’s play area and a tea room in a glorious park setting close to the town centre. The entrance gates were made by Coalbroookdale.
